NOVEMBER 2020_This brochure is part of this will and comes out on the occasion of Terra Madre 2020, from the collaboration between Montagne Fiorentine Model Forest and Slow Food Valdisieve and Valdarno Fiorentino Community. The intention is to promote conscious choices also on the table, preferring healthy and seasonal food produced by local companies that respect the environment and biodiversity.
